If the trulli is available, a 30% deposit ensures reservation, which will then be confirmed in writing. Payment can be in UK Pounds, Euros, US Dollars or other major currency. Cheques should be made out to "Mark's Place Ltd.". Alternatively ask for bank account details for direct transfer.

The remaining 70% plus £200 damage deposit is due one calendar month before departure. You will then be sent the keys. The deposit will be returned, less any damages, on return of the keys.

Quoted rates include local taxes, cleaning costs and laundry (unless more than the reccomended number of people staying, see below). This is unusual in Europe where many self-catering establishments charge substantial extra amounts for these items.

At the time of the remainder payment, the name and details of the local agent will be provided. She will meet you on arrival and hand over keys.

Normal availability during high and peak seasons is Saturday to Saturday, but bookings may be flexible.
Shorter stay rates are available during low and medium seasons.

Prices
These are shown per week for the trullo (not per person), inclusive of all taxes, cleaning at beginning of stay and change of bedding and towels.

Sofabeds allow a couple of additional people to stay in each trulli. If you do exceed the reccomended 6, 4 or 10 people staying there is a £30 charge to cover extra cleaning and laundry.

Even at dear times be sure to compare our Trulli with other accommodation on a "per head" basis!
 

High and Peak Season weeks get booked well in advance, so it is best to book early!
Late bargains are often available, check with the owner!

Welcome Pack
If you would like to arrive to find a selection of basic food items ready and waiting for you, then we can prepare a pack for you containing approximately: Bread, cheese, milk, a bottle of wine, olive oil, pasta, pasta sauce, coffee and tea. Please order when booking, cost: £25 (per trullo).
